In case, I haven’t already made it crystal clear — this course is all about action. We’ll create specific long-term strategies to help you achieve your life goals. Then we’ll break those strategies down into small actions you can start completing each week. Everything you learn will be relevant and implementable in your own life. This program is not for the lazy, the faint-hearted or the weak-minded. Only drastic action can create drastic change. So if you aren’t willing to put in the work and make the necessary changes to your life, this is not the program for you.

Sustainability

Fuck motivation. It’s unreliable. Every year people set new year’s resolutions when they’re feeling motivated. And every year 92%* of those resolutions get abandoned once the motivation runs out. Why? Because their strategy is not sustainable. You can’t count on motivation to be there all the time. So if you’re serious about achieving your goals, you have to be able to work without it. The program will teach you how to do just that.

Life-friendly structure

You’ve got shit to do — and a busy life that you can’t press pause on. I get it. So I’ve designed the program to fit around the rest of your life. (You won’t have to take time off work or put your kids up for adoption.) Each day you’ll have a small activity to complete — apart from the designated rest days when you’ll be free to watch as much netflix as you please. And you’ll be able to complete most of these activities from the comfort of your own home. We’ll focus only on key areas that will actually add value to your life and enable you to level-up your mindset. Speaking of which…

Proactivity

Most people live reactively — meaning, they respond to life’s twists and turns, but do not control them. They don’t do much in the present to create the future they’d like. They live paycheck to paycheck, problem to problem, without ever really getting ahead in life. Successful people live proactively. They already know where they want to go in life, and have the next ten steps of the journey planned out. They’re behind the steering wheel, and ultimately determine the direction of their own lives. They live life on their own terms.

When you’ve mastered proactivity, you’ll know what you need to do at any given time in order to get to where you want to be.

Productivity

Productivity: the art of getting more done in less time. The more efficient we are at completing useful actions, the faster we can achieve our goals. We’ll look at ways you can optimise your lifestyle to significantly increase productivity and focus. We’ll also look at a few techniques and tools you can use to quickly get into a state of flow.

When you’ve mastered productivity, you make progress much faster and you achieve more in a shorter space of time. You know how to maintain high levels of motivation and focus, and you know how to get started with work even when motivation is low.

So what exactly will we be covering to help you maximise your positivity, proactivity, and productivity? Well there are essentially 3 components to the program:

Challenges

During the program you’ll be completing challenges — called Comfort Zone Crushers. They’re designed to (you guessed it) help you break out of your comfort zone. Now don’t get me wrong. I like comfort just as much as the next guy. (An evening spent indoors watching Netflix and eating ice-cream, is an evening well spent in my opinion.) But if there’s something you really want in life and you don’t have it already… chances are it’s outside of your comfort zone.

Mentoring

I’ve been there and I’ve done it. Even to this day, I still practise what I preach because of the incredible impact it’s already had on my life. You’ll have full access to me. I’ll offer you my thoughts, advice and suggestions. And I may be able to suggest potential solutions to your problems. Or new ways of looking at those problems.

The Snowball Effect.

All great achievements are accomplished by first taking a small step. And then another. And another. Until eventually you look back and see how all those small steps accumulated into a BIG result.
